McGuire Mears & Assoc. Announces Agent's First Sale
Scott Pateros has successfully completed his first transaction, representing both sides in the sale of a gas station in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Pateros joined Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Assoc. in 2016 and made the transition to a full-time sales associate this summer.
“Scott did a great job coordinating everything, especially considering the fact that the seller was located in a different state, which always makes things a little more interesting,” said Bill Mears, Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Assoc.’s managing broker.
“I am confident this sale will be the first of many for Scott.”
