100% Occupancy at North Side Office
After facilitating the sale of one of Stonefield Office Center’s 3 buildings last summer to an existing tenant, Mandy Witt has successfully leased up the remaining office space to a Madison company. This is the first time in recent memory that the multi-tenant building can boast no vacancies.
