Janesville, WI– The awards keep coming for Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates, which was named the Top Performing Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) office in Wisconsin for the highest closed adjusted gross commission income (AGC) in 2015—for the second consecutive year! Qualifiers for this award needed a minimum of $350,000 in AGC.

Mears was recognized as the Top Sales Professional in Wisconsin for producing the highest closed AGC income in 2015. This is Mears’ second consecutive honor as well. Qualifiers for this award needed at least $200,000 in AGC.
Additionally, Mears earned the “Silver Circle of Distinction” for producing between $350,000 and $499,999 in closed AGC income in 2015.
