Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates has been named the 2016 #1 Office in the state of Wisconsin for Coldwell Banker Commercial® for the third consecutive year. This designation is based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income.
Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates was also named as a Power Broker by the CoStar Group Inc for the Madison market based on total sale transactions closed in 2016. In order to be selected for this award, Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates’ overall transaction volumes were evaluated by CoStar against other commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region, and subsequently ranked among the top firms in the market.
