To support the managing broker directly and assist with overall management of the company’s operations and marketing activities.
—Strong attention to detail and accuracy
—Obtain real estate salesperson license in Wisconsin within first three months of employment
—Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and people while working in a dynamic environment
—Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
—Excellent writing and language skills
—Experience in working with a CRM
—Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
—Researching overall market activities for properties and clients
—Managing the company’s CRM and database
—Managing all listings, contracts, and transactions
—Coordinating all marketing collateral for agents
—Coordinating additional marketing collateral for the managing broker, including creating broadcast emails, postcards, listing-specific websites, and other materials
—Assisting managing broker with prospecting activities
—Light bookkeeping duties
—Miscellaneous office tasks
$15.00–20.00 per hour.
