To provide assistance and support to the managing broker, including the management of existing listings, procurement of new listings, and fulfillment of sales and leasing assignments, with the opportunity to grow into a senior sales associate role.
—Strong attention to detail and accuracy
—Become licensed in Wisconsin within first month of employment
—Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks while working in a dynamic environment
—Positive outlook in general; maturity to deal with challenges in an upbeat manner without complaint
—Self-starter with the initiative to work on your own
—Excellent writing and language skills
—Experience in working with a CRM
—Researching overall market activities for properties and clients
—Cold-calling prospects and past clients
—Conducting property and site tours
—Preparing property analyses
Junior sales associate will receive a salary during the first year of employment, as well as 5% of managing broker’s commissions on transactions completed after the first 6 months of employment.
